Joe Snow III

Business and Real Estate Development Manager

Joe L. Snow III is a husband, father, engineer, real estate investor, and community advocate dedicated to advancing equitable healthcare access through real estate development. As the Business and Real Estate Development Manager for Birth Center Equity (BCE), Joe plays a critical role in acquiring, developing, and securing funding for birth centers in communities that need them most. His work is centered on ensuring that midwives and birth center founders have the resources, infrastructure, and strategic support needed to expand high-quality, culturally centered maternal healthcare.
With a background as a Design For Six Sigma (DFSS)-trained Product Engineer, Joe brings a systems-thinking approach to real estate development, leveraging his expertise in project management, problem-solving, and process optimization to streamline the property acquisition and development process. His experience spans interior systems engineering, supply chain management, and large-scale project execution—all of which fuel his ability to navigate the complexities of real estate development and investment.

Beyond BCE, Joe is the founder of Infinity Capital Management Partners, a real estate firm focused on multifamily apartment syndications that drive wealth-building opportunities for investors and long-term community impact. He is passionate about using real estate as a tool for social change, ensuring that investments create sustainable, multi-generational wealth while supporting vital community-based initiatives like birth centers.

A dedicated mentor and leader, Joe is widely known as “Coach Snow”, a title earned through his commitment to youth development, financial literacy, and leadership both on and off the field. Whether he’s coaching young athletes, guiding investors, or expanding access to birth centers, Joe remains committed to a single mission—leveraging real estate to create lasting, transformative change in communities.
